Through verification, at about 2:00 PM on March 23, 2026, on DT 379 route (Van Giang area, Hung Yen province), functional forces determined that Mr. T.T. T (born 1979, residing in Pho Hien) driving a car with license plate 89A-114. XX had the act of attaching license plates not in accordance with the Vehicle Registration Certificate.
In addition, functional agencies also clarified the responsibility of Mr. D. D. P (born in 1992, residing in Tien Lu commune) - the owner related to the vehicle - for the act of not carrying out procedures to reissue the Vehicle Registration Certificate and license plate when transferring ownership.
It is known that Mr. P is currently an official of an agency in Hung Yen province. The case is being handled according to the provisions of law.
