According to the content of the clip provided by people, a tractor-trailer pulling trailer BKS 29R-533. xx was moving at low speed on Thang Long bridge.
However, at this time, the driver did not drive the vehicle to the right lane in his direction, leading to the vehicle moving parallel to other vehicles, causing traffic obstruction.
Implementing the direction of the Director of the Traffic Police Department, the Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police urgently verified. Through this, it was determined that the driver of the related tractor-trailer was N.Q. H (born in 1990, residing in Ninh Binh province).
At the police station, driver N.Q. H admitted that at noon on August 30, he himself drove a tractor truck with license plate 30B-578. xx pulling a trailer traveling on Thang Long bridge and committed the violation as reflected by people.
Based on verification documents, Road Traffic Police Team No. 15 made a record of administrative violation against N.Q. H for the act of driving at low speed but not going to the right lane in his direction.
For this act, the driver will be fined from 4-6 million VND and have 2 points of the driver's license deducted according to regulations.
