Among the 624,827 car license plates announced, a series of super-huge five-digit license plates of Hanoi appeared such as: 29E-111.11; 29E-333.33; 29E-222.22... These are all beautiful license plates with estimated prices of up to billions of VND.
The Ministry of Public Security will transfer the list of license plates to VPA Company for auction, and at the same time publicly announce the plan to organize the auction of the 6th Auction plate on the Ministry of Public Security's Electronic Information Portal and the Traffic Police Department's Electronic Information Portal, with a link to VPA Company's Online Auction Information Portal.
Within at least 30 days before the 6th Auction, VPA Company must publicly announce, post the Regulations and list of license plates for auction.
According to the announcement from VPA, the deposit for a car license plate put up for auction is 40 million VND. The deposit for a motorcycle or motorbike license plate put up for auction is 5 million VND. The deposit for the AAAAA license plate, ABCDE re-auctioned after the second time is 500 million VND for car license plates and 50 million VND for motorbike and motorbike license plates.
