According to the notice from VPA, the pre -reservation of a car number plates for auction is 40 million. The pre -ordered money of a license plate of motorbikes and motorbikes for auction is 5 million. The pre -reservation of the license plate has a AAAA format, ABCDE re -auction after the second time is VND 500 million for the license plate of cars and VND 50 million for motorbike and motorbike license plates.
