The entire Hai Duong province has 1,717,468 people with electronic health records and 17.6% of people when going to the doctor are successfully integrated on VNeid. Hai Duong is ranked 16th in the country in terms of Health Book integrated on the VneID application.
Currently, some localities have low rates such as Nam Sach 12.8%, Kinh Mon 13.3%, Binh Giang 14.4%, Kim Thanh 15%. To ensure synchronous implementation, create favorable conditions for people, medical facilities effectively exploit and use Electronic Health Books, Referral Papers, Re-examination Appointment Papers... integrated on the VneID application.
The low rate of people using electronic health books will affect the exploitation and use of medical examination and treatment data on the health record service group at the VNeID application.
Hai Duong Department of Health requested departments, branches, localities, medical examination and treatment facilities in the province to strengthen propaganda, mobilization, and guidance for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and people in the management area to install and integrate level 2 electronic identification accounts on the VneID application and use electronic health books... Medical facilities update and standardize the format of daily medical examination and treatment data on the electronic health record application and the health insurance appraisal software system.
The People's Committees of districts, towns and cities shall direct the Health Department to inspect and request general and specialized clinics that have not registered for medical examination and treatment using Health Insurance in the area to immediately register and get the code of medical examination and treatment facilities through the Medical Affairs Department, Department of Health to ensure standards and formats of medical examination and treatment data and upload them to the Health Insurance Appraisal Portal in accordance with regulations, before December 31, 2024.
