5 investors want to build a private hospital in Quang Ngai

Quang Ngai - 5 investors are proposing to build and expand a private general hospital, with projects being studied in many areas of the province.

According to the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province, as of July 2026, the Provincial Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center has received, guided and supported 5 investors to research and propose investment projects for private general hospitals in the province.

Accordingly, Kon Tum Medical Investment and Development Joint Stock Company proposed to invest in expanding Van Gia An General Hospital; Viet Medical Development Co., Ltd. proposed to build a private general hospital, with an area of about 5-6ha in Dak Cam ward; Viet My International General Clinic Joint Stock Company proposed investment policy to implement a hospital project on Thach Bich - Tinh Phong road; Thien Nhan Quang Ngai Hospital Joint Stock Company proposed to lease land to invest in building a hospital at Son Tinh District Health Center (old) and proposed to implement a hospital project on Thach Bich - Tinh Phong road; TTH GROUP Joint Stock Company proposed to invest in a hospital in the South of Tu Nghia district (now Tu Nghia commune).

According to Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Sam - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the development, expansion and attraction of investment in the health sector is necessary, contributing to diversifying types of health service provision, improving the quality of people's health care. Departments, branches, and localities need to continue to coordinate, support and guide investors to research and complete project proposals in accordance with regulations.

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Sam has assigned the Department of Health to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments, branches, and localities to review and evaluate the development needs of medical examination and treatment facilities in the area. Thereby, clarifying the orientation, scale, type, and suitable location for the non-public hospital system, ensuring balance and harmony with the public health network, meeting the health care needs of the people.
