The family of twins who weighed only 500 grams at birth returned to the hospital to express their deep gratitude to the team of doctors and nurses, the "white- shirted heroes" who wholeheartedly saved their lives and took care of their children during the challenging period.
Back in May 2022, twin brothers N.H.U.V and N.H.Q.V ( boy and girl) were born in the 25th week of pregnancy, each baby weighing only 500 grams. At that time, the family did not dare to put much hope, but the miracle really happened thanks to the dedication, efforts and experience of the doctors.
Having just entered the 25th week of pregnancy, the two children U.V and Q.V face countless risks, from respiratory failure to infections and a series of other dangerous complications. For the doctors and nurses, each day is a difficult battle to save the lives of the two little Angels.
After many months of patient care by doctors and medical staff at the Neonatal Care & Treatment Center, the health of the two children gradually improved and they were discharged from the hospital in the joy of the family.
Returning to the Central Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, the two fragile Angels of the past are now lovely, intelligent, alert and vibrant 2.5-year-old babies. Meeting the "white- shirted heroes" who have accompanied them on that challenging journey, the children's families could not hide their emotions.

"We are forever grateful to the doctors and nurses at the Neonatal Care & Treatment Center for saving our children's lives. Today, we came here not only to thank but also to send health wishes to doctors and nurses on the occasion of Vietnamese Teachers' Day" - the family representative choked up as he shared.
Doctors and medical staff who have accompanied them every year could not hide their joy and happiness at seeing their young patients again. Perhaps, seeing the miraculous changes of small planets is the biggest motivation for the doctors and nurses here to continue to contribute, continue to become silent heroes.
The reunion of twins is not only a story about medical miracles but also the clearest proof of the dedication, enthusiasm and efforts of doctors and nurses who have fought day and night for the lives of little angels.
