To proactively control, the Provincial People's Committee has issued documents on disease prevention and control during the rainy and stormy season and ensuring the safety of collective kitchens in schools and educational institutions.
Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Health to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to strengthen supervision, early detection and timely handling of outbreaks in the community and in schools; guide and inspect environmental sanitation, disease prevention and control at educational institutions, especially dengue fever, hand, foot and mouth disease, etc.

The Department of Health directs health facilities to arrange human resources, materials, chemicals, and means for timely emergency care and treatment of cases of disease and food poisoning; coordinate with the Department of Education and Training (DET) and the People's Committees at the commune level to organize propaganda and training on epidemic prevention, control and food safety for students, teachers, and parents.
For the provincial Department of Education and Training, colleges and universities in the area need to direct their affiliated units to proactively clean schools and classes before the new school year; maintain a regular cleaning schedule, remove mosquito-causing lure holes and prison water storage areas; guide school units to develop plans for epidemic prevention and control and plans to ensure collective kitchen safety...
