According to the Ministry of Health, the health sector has taken initial steps to innovate health human resource training. The Ministry of Health approved and implemented the Health Human Resource Development Project for the 2023-2030 period, with a vision to 2050.
Develop and implement training capacity standards and regulations on specialized training. The network of medical human resource training facilities continues to develop, both public and non-public, and expand training specialties.
Step by step strengthen training, improve the quality of medical human resources at lower levels, remote areas, and disadvantaged areas through training, sending young doctors to disadvantaged areas. Promote applied research, develop high technology in the medical field, approach the level of countries in the region and the world.
Research and amend regulations on preferential allowances by profession; some special allowance regimes for civil servants, public employees, and workers in public health facilities; anti-epidemic allowance regime; allowance regime for medical staff in villages and hamlets.
