The Nam Dinh General Hospital construction investment project is implemented on a land area of 9.25 hectares in the center of My Trung Urban Area (Nam Dinh City). The investment scale of 700 beds; the total investment is more than 1,700 billion VND.
Accordingly, the total land area for construction is 19,840.2m2; the main block of the project consists of 6 buildings designed with blocks, connected by halls and corridors of the bridge, including: house number 1 (8 floors) - Emergency Department, technical and administrative services; house number 2 (10 floors) - Graphic diagnosis department, testing department and boarding departments; house number 3 (11 floors) - Outpatient examination and treatment department and boarding departments; house number 4 (4 floors) - Infection department; house number 5 (1 floor) - General house; house number 6 - Bridge building connecting houses 2 and 3.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Mr. Dinh Van Phuong - Director of the Nam Dinh Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board - said that the departments of Nam Dinh General Hospital are designed in the direction of modern hospitals, utilities suitable for actual needs of use, advanced technology of current medicine. When put into operation, the hospital will have an important meaning, contributing to improving health care for people and promoting economic development and social security for people in the new area and Ninh Binh province.
In order for the Nam Dinh General Hospital project to truly promote investment efficiency and the new hospital to operate smoothly and smoothly before August 1, Mr. Tran Le Doai - Vice Chairman of Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee - requested that the construction contractor provide detailed instructions on how to use and operate all technical systems in the bidding packages; implement warranty and maintenance of works and equipment according to the contract. At the same time, coordinate and support Nam Dinh General Hospital in the early stages of operation and use.

The Department of Health and the Board of Directors of Nam Dinh General Hospital urgently complete the relocation of the hospital from the old facility to the new facility, stabilize the organization in accordance with the new facilities' conditions.
The Department of Health, the Department of Finance, and Nam Dinh General Hospital urgently complete procedures and synchronously deploy the procurement and installation of medical equipment according to plan, ensuring adequate conditions for the new hospital to operate at maximum capacity and efficiency.
