Conditions on working time according to the provisions of law on civil servants are not applied when receiving people to become civil servants at commune-level health stations if they meet the following conditions:
Having a practicing license for medical examination and treatment suitable to the requirements of the expected job position to be received. Written commitment to work at commune-level health stations for at least 5 years; The person admitted to work as an official according to the above regulations who does not work for 5 years is forced to resign according to the provisions of the law on officials; Priority in land, tax, and finance in the field of health.
