detecting cheating from online shopping applications
Ms. Hoang Lan (Cau Giay, Hanoi) never thought that a clothing shopping application could expose her husband's betrayal.
Recently, he often comes home late, making excuses for overtime, and even being lenient with family special occasions.
Once, by chance holding her husband's phone, she discovered that he was using another shopping account - specializing in ordering clothes and women's cosmetics, all of which were delivered to a strange address.
The revealed experience, she followed the order and discovered that her husband was piling up and taking care of another woman.
"I was stunned. Everything seemed to collapse. He ordered her carefully down to the small pieces, but for me it was as cold as a person," Ms. Lan choked up.
A similar story also caused Mr. Bao Son (Ba Dinh, Hanoi) to fall into crisis. One evening, when he was using his wife's phone to call a car, he accidentally saw a notification from a dating app.
Curiousness opened up, he was stunned to realize that it was his wife's account - the person who has been piling up for the past 5 years.
I couldnt believe my eyes. In the message section, there are intimate conversations with a strange man, they even scheduled to meet each other like a couple in love, Mr. Son choked up.
Adultery in the age of sophisticated and difficult to recognize technology
Psychologist Mai Viet Duc - Nhan Hoa Viet Psychotherapy and Counseling Center - commented: "The situation in the digital age is increasingly sophisticated and difficult to detect, but the nature is still unchanged".
Nowadays, Adultery does not stop at physical behavior but starts with small interactions such as private messages, late chats with people of the opposite sex, Mr. Duc shared.
He also emphasized that betrayal is now being covered up more sophisticatedly: "The excuse is not serious, but in fact it has violated the trust of your partner".

To avoid conflicts, couples should be transparent in using technology, avoid confiding in opposite sex when there is conflict in marriage, and create a common point for long-term connections, the expert emphasized.
Technology is a double-edged sword. It is only really helpful when users maintain courage, honesty, and mutual respect in the relationship.
