On the evening of November 3, the Investigation Police Agency of Phan Thiet City Police, Binh Thuan Province, conducted a crime scene investigation into the discovery of a dead man in a lotus pond (also known as a lotus pond) in Thien Nghiep Commune, Phan Thiet City.
Previously, because he did not see Mr. N.V.P (born in 1983, residing in Thien Nghiep commune) coming home from drinking in the area near this lotus lake, on the afternoon of November 3, his family went looking for him.
Many people searched under the lotus pond. At about 5 p.m. the same day, people found Mr. P's body under the pond and brought it to shore.
After the police completed the procedures, the body was taken by ambulance to the family for funeral arrangements.
