Accordingly, at 11:30 a.m. on December 4, through situation control work, Luong Son District Police forces discovered 6 teenagers driving a motorbike carrying a weapon (a throwing knife about 1.7 m long) on the inter-commune road in Dat Do hamlet, Lien Son commune.
Immediately afterwards, the working group quickly identified the group of teenagers including: Nguyen Minh D (born 2011), Le Tuan B (born 2011), Comrade V (born 2011), Do Dinh D (born 2011), Do Dinh T (born 2011) and Bach Mai H (born 2012). All reside in Lien Son commune, Luong Son district, Hoa Binh province.
At the police station, the group of teenagers confessed that due to a conflict with a friend named D in Dat Do hamlet (Lien Son commune), the group brought knives to resolve the conflict.
Luong Son District Police are consolidating records and handling the case according to regulations.
