Regarding the land auction in Soc Son district (Hanoi), recently, the local authorities have asked for the opinion of Hanoi City Police on how to resolve and handle the case of 6 customers who paid high prices for 36 plots of land in Dong Lai village (Quang Tien commune, Soc Son district, Hanoi) and then gave up, including Mr. P.N.T who paid 30 billion VND/m2 for 3 plots (lots A12, A13, C6).
Hanoi City Police sent officers from the Economic Police Department to work with Soc Son district.
Accordingly, the police agency will consider signs of public disorder in this case, along with possible forensic psychiatric assessment to determine the civil capacity of some "auction breakers".
Previously, speaking to the press, Mr. P.N.T - confirmed that he had paid 30 billion VND/m2 for 3 plots of land with the symbols A12, A13, C6. When deciding to offer this price, Mr. T said that he wanted to build his personal brand. After being pressured by the hall, Mr. T decided not to participate in round 6.
As reported by Lao Dong, on November 29, the Land Fund Development Center of Soc Son district (Hanoi) coordinated with Thanh Xuan Joint Stock Auction Center to auction 58 land plots in Dong Lai village (Quang Tien commune).
