Also on December 6, My Duc district organized an auction of land use rights for 115 plots of land in Dong Du area, Mai Sau area, Tri village and Dong Ri - Bo Va area, Noi village, Thuong Lam commune, My Duc district, Hanoi. The plots of land have an area of 93 - 178m2 with starting prices of 1.7 million VND/m2 to 2.1 million VND/m2.

The plots are coded from 74 to 92, with areas from 87 to 117 square meters. The starting price is 5.3 million VND/square meter.
On the morning of December 21, Thanh Oai district continued to auction 20 plots of land also in the Man Ca, Man Cong, Ma Man Trong areas, Van Quan village, Do Dong commune. The plots of land have areas ranging from 96m2 to 149.34m2, with a starting price of 5.4 million VND/m2.
Hoai Duc District (Hanoi) plans to hold an auction of land use rights for 4 auctioned plots of land in Kim Chung Commune - location X2, Dong Sanh area on December 9; 2 auctioned plots of land in Lai Yen Commune - location X1, Bo Dam area; 1 auctioned plot of land in Di Trach Commune - Co Bong area, Hoai Duc District, Hanoi City on December 9. The plots of land have an area of 45.3 - 92m2 with a starting price of 11 - 26 million VND/m2.
In Me Linh district (Hanoi), on December 13, the auction of land use rights for 4 plots of land in Ao Dau area, Trang Viet village and 7 plots of land at Point X1, Dong Cao village, Trang Viet commune, Me Linh district, Hanoi city will be held. The plots of land have an area of 92 - 1,111 m2/plot with a starting price of 1.5 million VND/m2.
On December 19, Me Linh district continued to auction the land use rights for 11 plots of land at Point X1, Dong Cao village, Trang Viet commune, Me Linh district, Hanoi. The plots of land have an area of 100 - 155 m2/plot with a starting price of 1.5 million VND/m2.
On December 26, the district continued to auction 11 plots of land at X1, Dong Cao village, Trang Viet commune, Me Linh district, Hanoi city. The plots of land have an area of 87.4 - 142m2, with a starting price of 1.5 million VND/m2. The auction was conducted by direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction and a minimum of 5 mandatory rounds.
Since August, auctions in Hanoi have received much attention when recording exceptionally high winning prices. Most recently, all 22 plots of land in Do Dong Commune, Thanh Oai District (Hanoi) in the auction on November 30th failed to find owners because customers all dropped out.
In Soc Son district, the auction on November 29 caused a stir when three plots of land were bid up to over VND30 billion/m2. More than 20 other plots of land were also pushed up to prices ranging from over VND98 million/m2 to over VND101 million/m2. The leader of the People's Committee of Soc Son district said that the unreasonably high prices were due to a group of customers "sabotaging" the auction.
