Investigate the director of Khuong Dien Company for fraud

    On January 20, Ho Chi Minh City Police said they were investigating the case of Le Xuan Dinh accused of "Fraudulent appropriation of property" occurring at Khuong Dien and Phuc Phat Dien companies.

    Through investigation of the case, the police determined that Le Xuan Dinh used the legal entities of Khuong Dien Housing Development Investment Company Limited and Phuc Phat Dien Housing Development Investment Company Limited to sign many land sale contracts with individuals, then appropriated the assets.

    Currently, the Ho Chi Minh City Police Investigation Agency has issued an arrest warrant for Le Xuan Dinh according to Wanted Decision No. 1398 dated November 17, 2020. To serve the investigation and handle the case in accordance with the law, it is requested that individuals who participated in purchasing land in fake projects with Le Xuan Dinh and Khuong Dien Housing Development Investment Company Limited and Phuc Phat Dien Housing Development Investment Company Limited report to the Ho Chi Minh City Police Investigation Agency for settlement in accordance with the law.
