On 7.5, the Office of Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee confirmed that the Prime Minister's decision was received from 868/QD -TTg, assigned the Chairman of Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee for the term 2021 - 2026 to Mr. Hoang Nam - Member of the Provincial Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
According to the decision, Mr. Hoang Nam was assigned the authority of Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Tri province until the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021 - 2026 term was completed. The decision takes effect from May 5, 2025.
Previously, Mr. Hoang Nam held the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and was assessed as a capable and experienced cadre in management and operation, especially in the field of foreign affairs and investment promotion.
At the same time, the Prime Minister also terminated the validity of Decision No. 1458/QD-TTg dated December 22, 2024 on assigning the authority of Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Tri province to Mr. Ha Sy Dong.
