The Central Military Procuracy (VKSQS) has just prosecuted and detained the accused Ta Quang Minh, the time of committing the offense was an executor of the military executive agency 3 to investigate the crime of "abusing positions and powers to appropriate property" under Article 355 of the 2015 Penal Code amended and supplemented in 2017.
Initial investigation results show that during his work at the Military Region 3 Judgment Enforcement Agency, Ta Quang Minh abused his assigned position and authority to provide false information about the auction of a 100-ton shaft crane to appropriate 2 billion VND from the victim.
After determining that there were signs of crime, the Central Military Procuracy's Investigation Agency decided to prosecute the case and prosecute the accused for the crime of "Abusing position and power to appropriate property", occurring at the Military Region 3 Judgment Enforcement Agency according to the provisions of Article 355 of the 2015 Penal Code, amended and supplemented in 2017.
The above litigation decisions have been approved by the Central Military Procuracy.
Currently, the Central Military Procuracy is expanding the investigation and handling the case according to the provisions of law.
