Tomorrow (June 29), at the National Convention Center, the Conference to announce the Master Plan of Hanoi Capital with a 100-year vision and investment promotion in 2026 will take place.
Before the Conference took place, Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Vu Dai Thang had an inspection and general rehearsal of the program.
Chairman of the City People's Committee Vu Dai Thang emphasized that the Conference announcing the Master Plan of Hanoi Capital with a 100-year vision and investment promotion in 2026 is of special significance, not only a regular investment promotion conference, but also marking the starting point in the new development stage of the Capital.
Through the general review, the Chairman of the City People's Committee assessed that the program basically meets the requirements; the content of the planning announcement, the presentations of businesses, experts and participating participants are relatively complete, accurately reflecting the areas that Hanoi is prioritizing to attract investment in the coming time.
Regarding organizational work, Mr. Vu Dai Thang requested the Organizing Committee to absorb all comments to complete the program according to the set requirements, clearly expressing the city's viewpoint of shifting from "management" to "management", people and businesses are the service center.

Chairman of Hanoi City People's Committee requested all units and departments to focus highly in the remaining time to complete each detail of the program, to create a strong impression on domestic and foreign investors.
According to information from the Organizing Committee, the Conference to announce the Master Plan of Hanoi Capital with a 100-year vision and investment promotion in 2026 has about 1,200 delegates participating, of which 580-780 delegates are domestic and foreign investors and businesses.
The conference includes key contents: Announcing the Master Plan of Hanoi Capital with a 100-year vision; report analyzing the investment environment, achievements, socio-economic development situation of the city in 2025 and 6 months of 2026, development orientation for the next phase; introducing specific, outstanding, potential, and advantageous institutions and policies of the Capital; orientations and plans to attract investment and socio-economic development in the new era.
Along with that, the city will launch a 360-degree data management and digitization system for investment attraction projects and investment products in the area. Delegates who are leaders of ministries, sectors, international organizations, economic experts and businesses will discuss investment attraction solutions, investment cooperation projects in some key areas such as finance, urban infrastructure, education, innovative startups...
The conference also arranged to display experiential spaces to visit digital technology applications of investment-attracting projects of the city, combined with introducing some socio-economic achievements; displaying and introducing the Hanoi Capital Master Plan with a 100-year vision.

In particular, the master plan of Hanoi Capital with a 100-year vision is presented in a sandboard, applying 3D mapping projection technology to display vividly and visually at the Hanoi Museum from the afternoon of June 29 for people to visit.
This is an exhibition space serving people and businesses, combined with project announcements and exhibition spaces at the Hanoi Museum to widely inform people and businesses.
Specifically, the 1st floor (central area) of the Hanoi Museum is arranged with a round planning table (diameter 7m) fully updated with the new boundary contents of the 100-year project.
The 4th floor has an area of about 1,200m2, designed with a solemn exhibition space, displaying a table of content applying 3D mapping projection technology, vividly and visually displaying the planning orientation.
In this area, a large-sized panel system is also arranged to display Hanoi's planning through periods associated with the history of development and expansion of the capital's administrative boundaries, maps orienting urban space development, the entire city's technical infrastructure system; maps of land use in urban areas and functional areas.
In addition, the Museum also displays drawings and models of some typical projects of the city; organizes a 3D documentary film screening area for planning and experience the city's experimental planning information lookup system.
