On September 17, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province issued a decision approving the results of the appraisal of the environmental impact assessment report of the Phuoc Tan Ward Resettlement and Area Project (phase 1) of An Hung Phat Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company.
The project to build technical infrastructure (landfill, transportation, lighting, power supply, water supply, rainwater drainage system, wastewater, etc.) on 49.8 hectares of land; Construction of high-rise buildings on the land including social housing apartments, commercial centers, educational facilities (2 kindergartens) and office headquarters.
The project has a population of 8,000 - 9,850 people with 1,186 houses (land), 249 resettlement townhouses and 1,128 social housing apartments.
