According to the Hai Phong Department of Construction, 441 social housing apartments (excluding 7 community apartments) formed in the future in this project have met the legal conditions to be traded (sold, rented) according to regulations.

In case the selling price and rental price of social housing are higher than the selling price or rental price of social housing signed by the investor, the investor is not allowed to collect the additional difference from the buyer or hire-purchaser of social housing; in case of lower price, the investor must return the difference to the buyer or hire-purchaser of social housing...
