12 administrative procedures in the construction sector are done completely online from June 9

Hanoi - From June 9, 12 administrative procedures in the field of construction activities will be received online.

On June 7, the Hanoi City Public Administration Service Center announced the receipt of all administrative procedure documents in the field of construction activities online.

Accordingly, from June 9, the Public Administration Service Center officially deployed to receive 100% of documents online for 5 administrative procedures:

- Issuing a new construction permit for level III, level IV works (Work not following the route/by route in urban areas/religions, religions/monuments, grand paintings/by phase for works not following the route/by phase for works on the route in urban areas/projects) and individual houses.

- Issuing construction and repair licenses for level III, level IV works and individual houses.

- Adjusting construction permits for level III, level IV works and individual houses.

- Extension of construction permits for level III, level IV works and individual houses.

- Re-issued construction permits for level III, level IV works and individual houses.

The Public Administration Service Center receives 100% of documents online for 7 administrative procedures:

- Issuing a new construction permit for special-level, level I, level II works (Work not following the route/by route in the city/religion, religion/monument, grand painting/by phase for works not following the route/by phase for works according to the route in the city/project).

- Issuing a construction permit for repair and renovation of works at special level, level I, level II.

- Adjusting construction permits for works of special status, level I, level II.

- Extension of construction permits for special, level I, level II works.

- Re-issuance of construction permits for special-level, level I, level II works.

- Issuing a relocation permit for special, level I and level II works.

- Issuing relocation licenses for level III, level IV works and individual houses.

People and businesses when performing online public services are entitled to the same administrative procedure fee and charge as Resolution No. 07/2023/NQ-HDND dated July 4, 2023 of the City People's Council (except for other receivables as prescribed outside the scope of the above fee and charge), applicable until December 31, 2025.

In addition, support is provided for the cost of transferring results and administrative procedures in Hanoi and to other provinces (26,000 VND/transfer trip) according to Resolution No. 39/NQ-HDND dated December 10, 2024 of the City People's Council.

Along with that, people and businesses can submit documents anytime, anywhere, regardless of administrative time; the time for receipt is increased rapidly, reducing waiting time. Be transparent about receiving and refusing to receive (if any) during the application submission process, according to the motto "no contact", "no documents", preventing possible harassment.

In particular, people and businesses do not have to move and do not have to wait in line when transferring documents via postal service.
