The Project Management Board for Construction Investment of An Thi commune, Hung Yen province, has just organized a conference to deploy site clearance for the Project to build a land use right auction area for people to build houses in Ve Duong village.
According to the plan, the project has 16 households with land areas within the implementation scope. At the conference, households were informed about the goals, scale and significance of the project; and were disseminated state regulations related to land acquisition, compensation, support and site clearance.
Households are also identified and compared with the land area within the project scope; guided on declaring population, assets, architectural structures, trees, crops on land and related contents to serve as a basis for developing compensation and support plans to ensure publicity, transparency and compliance with regulations.

Representatives of the An Thi Commune Construction Investment Project Management Board directly answered people's opinions and questions about compensation and support policies as well as project implementation progress.
Accordingly, households basically agreed with the policy of project implementation and committed to coordinating with functional agencies in the process of inventorying and verifying the current status to ensure implementation progress.
The project to build a land use right auction area for people to build houses in Ve Duong village is expected to contribute to effectively exploiting the land fund, meeting people's housing land needs, and creating resources to serve local socio-economic development investment.
