Vietnam Auction Joint Venture Company has just announced the auction of residential land use rights for 41 land plots at point TL-03, Yen Bai village, Tien Thang commune, Hanoi city (phase 2).
The total area of land plots put up for auction is 4,149.8 m2, the area of each plot is from 87.5 m2 to 237 m2. The starting price is 6,369,000 VND/m2.
The auction session is organized in the form of direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction session, with a maximum of 2 rounds, according to the upward bidding method. The price step applied in the first auction round is 30 million VND/m2; from the second auction round is 1 million VND/m2.
Time for selling and receiving bids from 8:00 AM on June 17, 2026 to 5:00 PM on June 30, 2026, at the headquarters of the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board of Tien Thang commune or the headquarters of Vietnam Auction Partnership Company.
Participants can register to auction many land plots. However, for each land plot registered for auction, participants must submit a separate set of dossiers, and fully fulfill the obligation to pay the dossier purchase fee and the corresponding deposit.
The auction is expected to be held at 8:00 AM on July 3, 2026 at the hall of Tien Thang Commune People's Committee (former Nam Dong Commune People's Committee headquarters).
Auction participants must be present at the auction venue before 7:00 AM on July 3, 2026 to complete procedures to enter the hall. In case of participating in the auction in the form of authorization, the authorized person must present a valid authorization document, which clearly states the scope and content of the authorized work.
