On the public assets page, Khai Hung Partnership Auction Company has just announced the auction of land use rights belonging to the agricultural land fund used for public purposes that has not been used and is managed by Hoa Thanh Ward People's Committee.
According to the notice, the asset put up for auction is the right to lease 11 land plots with a total of 62 land plots, with a total area of 94,79.3 m2, located in Ben Keo neighborhood, Hoa Thanh ward, Tay Ninh province.
Land plots with areas from more than 5,000 m2 to more than 16,000 m2. Among them, land plot No. 10 has the largest area with 16,199.9 m2; followed by land plot No. 11 with an area of 10,453.1 m2 and land plot No. 1 with an area of 9,677.6 m2.
The entire land area is used for agricultural production purposes, in which rice land must be used for rice cultivation according to regulations.
The form of lease is auctioning land use rights, paying annual land rent. The land lease term is 5 years from the date of the decision recognizing the winning auction result.
The subjects eligible to participate in the auction are individuals directly engaged in agricultural production, with permanent residence in Hoa Thanh ward and wishing to lease land for agricultural production in accordance with the Land Law.
Time to sell and receive applications to participate in the auction is from June 16 to 5 pm on July 7.
The dossier was issued at Khai Hung Partnership Auction Company Branch, No. 159 Tran Hung Dao Street, Quarter 22, Tan Ninh Ward, Tay Ninh Province.
The selling price of the application is 200,000 VND per application corresponding to a leased area.
Auction participants must also complete the deposit payment before 5 pm on July 7.
Registration documents include a copy of the citizen identification card, an application form for auction participation and a certificate of asset review issued by the auction unit.
The auction session is organized in the form of direct voting at the auction, applying the up-pricing method.
The auction session will start from 8:30 am on July 10, at the hall of Hoa Thanh Ward People's Committee, No. 18, Street 31, Pham Hung Street, Long Chi Quarter, Hoa Thanh Ward, Tay Ninh Province.
