Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 17 plots of land in the technical infrastructure area of Duc Hop commune, Kim Dong district (now Duc Hop commune, Hung Yen province).
The total auction area is 1,530m2, each plot of land has an area of 90m2. The starting price ranges from 20 - 25 million VND/m2, equivalent to about 1.8 - 2.2 billion VND for each plot of land. The auction is organized in the form of direct secret ballot in one round, according to the method of bidding up.
The price step applied to all land plots is 500,000 VND/m2. The fee for purchasing documents to participate in the auction is 200,000 VND for each document.
The time for selling documents takes place from 8:00 a.m. on October 17 to 5:00 p.m. on October 29, 2025 (during office hours, except for holidays as prescribed). The documents are being sold at the Economic Department and the Duc Hop Commune Project Management Board, and at the headquarters of Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company.
Participants can register to auction many plots of land, but each plot must have a separate dossier and deposit correspondingly. The auction participation dossier is specifically regulated in Article 4 of the Auction Regulations.
The auction is scheduled to take place at 8:30 a.m. on November 2, 2025 (Sunday) at the Hall of the Duc Hop Commune Cultural House (Bac Nam Phu Village, Duc Hop Commune, Hung Yen Province). Participants must be present at the hall before 7:30 a.m. the same day to complete the admission procedure.
