Xuan Truong Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 96 plots of land in the concentrated residential area of Dai Thang commune, Vu Ban district (old), now Lien Minh commune, Ninh Binh province.
The total area put up for auction is 11,714.5m2, with land lots ranging from 100 - 270m2. The starting price ranges from 7 - 8.8 million VND/m2, equivalent to about 700 million VND to more than 2 billion VND per plot. The total starting price of all assets is 85.38 billion VND.
The price step applied to all auctioned land lots is 100,000 VND/m2. This level is used as the basis for determining the valid payment price of the participant.
The time for selling and receiving registration documents to participate in the auction takes place from 8:00 a.m. on October 21 to 5:00 p.m. on November 5, 2025 at the headquarters of Xuan Truong Joint Stock Auction Company; at the same time, from 8:00 a.m. on October 27 to 5:00 p.m. on November 5, 2025, people can submit documents directly at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Vinh Hao commune (old Vu Ban district), now in Lien Minh commune, Ninh Binh province.
The auction will be held in the form of direct voting in one round for each plot of land, according to the method of bidding up. Participants bid in m2 and receive land in lots; the winning price will be determined by the winning price of 1m2 multiplied by the corresponding land lot area.
The valid return price is equal to or higher than the starting price. The winning bid must be one step higher than the starting price. The auction is scheduled to take place on the morning of November 9, 2025 at the hall of the Dai Thang Commune Cultural House (now Lien Minh Commune), Ninh Binh Province.
