2 households with a recovered area of about 60m2 belonging to the Dinh Cong Concentrated Construction Area project (now Dinh Cong New Urban Area) of the Housing and Urban Development Investment Corporation are located within the sidewalk area of the Ring Road 2.5 project, Dam Hong - National Highway 1A section.
Previously, on April 10, Phuong Liet Ward People's Committee signed an economic contract to carry out site clearance (GPMB) for the Dinh Cong New Urban Area project connecting Ring Road 2.5 in Phuong Liet Ward.
3 days later, the Phuong Liet Ward Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board and the Housing and Urban Development Investment Corporation signed a contract to carry out site clearance, compensation, support, and resettlement for the Dinh Cong New Urban Area project.
On April 17, Phuong Liet Ward People's Committee consolidated the compensation, support, and resettlement council to carry out site clearance for the project; and at the same time established a site clearance working group.
On April 18, the compensation, support, and resettlement council held a meeting to announce the land recovery policy, publicize the legal documents of the project to carry out site clearance of the project, both participating households agreed with the land recovery policy, and at the same time agreed to let the working group investigate and measure.
On April 20, the site clearance task force conducted investigation and measurements at the scene, both households signed investigation and measurement minutes at the scene and provided documents to the task force.
Phuong Liet Ward has also proposed to the Hanoi City People's Committee to approve the compensation, support, and resettlement plan for the above 2 households, ensuring the rights of people whose land is recovered in accordance with the law.

The project enterprise said that after receiving a clean site, the contractor will immediately start construction to complete the remaining items.

The investment project to build Ring Road 2.5, Dam Hong - National Highway 1A section was started in 2014 with a length of 1.6km, total investment of about 1,317 billion VND under the BT (build - transfer) contract form, expected to be completed in 2017.
However, the project progress was delayed due to problems in site clearance and waiting for BT contract extension.
By 2020, when only about 40% of the workload was completed, the project had to be temporarily suspended.
After 5 years of suspension, by the end of May 2025, Hoang Mai - Hanoi Co., Ltd. will organize a restarting ceremony for the 2.5 Ring Road project, Dam Hong - National Highway 1A section.
According to a representative of Hoang Mai - Hanoi Co., Ltd., in the past time, the project enterprise has mobilized machinery and personnel to accelerate the construction progress of the 2.5 Ring Road project, Dam Hong - National Highway 1A section.
In which, the section from alley 192 Le Trong Tan to the junction point of Kim Dong - Giai Phong underpass has been technically opened to traffic on February 10 with a length of about 1,280m.
The section from Dam Hong to alley 192 Le Trong Tan, more than 300m long, has also been basically completed, serving people's convenient travel.
