20 households in Hung Yen receive resettlement land to serve road construction worth more than 4,900 billion VND

Hung Yen - Allocating resettlement land to 20 households with land belonging to land clearance for the Thai Binh - Pho Hien connecting road project.

On September 12, Hung Ha Commune People's Committee, Hung Yen province organized the allocation of resettlement land at Kim Son village for 20 households and individuals with residential land area within the land clearance (GPMB) scope to implement the investment project to build a road from Thai Binh ward through Hung Ha commune connecting to Pho Hien ward (abbreviated as the road connecting Thai Binh with Pho Hien).

The road connecting Thai Binh with Pho Hien has a total length of about 24.8km; the starting point is at the intersection between the road to Song Tra TBS Industrial Park and National Highway 10 (belonging to Thai Binh ward, Hung Yen province), the ending point is at the beginning of the Luoc River overpass (belonging to Ngu Thien commune, Hung Yen province). Total investment is more than 4,900 billion VND.

In Hung Ha commune, the road is about 6.4km long; with a total land area to be recovered of nearly 60ha.

Over the past time, the site clearance work in Hung Ha commune has received the consensus and active support of the people. With the spirit of for the common good, many households and individuals with land within the project implementation scope have coordinated with local Party committees and authorities, complied with the policy, handed over the site, contributing to creating conditions for the project to be implemented smoothly.

In the process of land allocation, leaders and professional departments of the commune directly guide, exchange, and answer issues of concern to people, creating publicity, transparency and convenience for households.
