On September 7, information from the People's Committee of Hong Vu commune, Hung Yen province, local authorities just organized the awarding of Certificates of land use rights to households and individuals allocated resettlement land in Mo Dao 2 Residential Area.
Mo Dao 2 residential area is a resettlement area serving the site clearance for the Ninh Binh - Hai Phong Expressway Project (CT. 08).
The handover of land and the issuance of Land Use Right Certificates are carried out in coordination with relevant agencies and units, demonstrating the responsibility of local authorities in site clearance work, while ensuring the necessary conditions for people to stabilize their lives in new residences.
The CT. 08 expressway project, passing through Hong Vu commune, the total area to be recovered for project implementation is 316,239.7m2. Of which, the residential land area is 1,296.1m2 of 13 households; the agricultural land area is 286,725.6m2 of 352 households; other land areas are 28,218.0m2.
To contribute to accelerating the project implementation progress, the work of site clearance, resettlement arrangement and stabilizing the lives of households whose land is recovered is being concerned and implemented by Hong Vu commune.
