A representative of the Ha Dong District Investment and Construction Project Management Board (under the People's Committee of Ha Dong District, Hanoi) said that after the deadline for paying land use fees according to regulations, 5/27 plots of land have been paid 100% of the land use fee by customers.
Accordingly, the 5 plots of land that customers paid for use, including the plot of land marked 1A-3 (located next to the cemetery) in Dong Danh - Dong Coc area (Phu Luong ward) with an area of 57.5m2, won the auction for more than 262 million VND/m2. The total value of the land plot is more than 15 billion VND and the customer has paid the full land use fee.
The plot of land marked 5B-23 in Dong Bo, Dong Chuc, Cua Cau, Dong Men (Area B, Phu Luong Ward) and plot 2A-09 in Ha Khau copper Land (Phu Luong Ward) both have an area of 62.5m2, winning the auction of more than 166 million VND/m2 and were also paid by customers with more than 10.4 billion VND.
The plot of land 4A-05 in Ha Khau copper land with an area of 62.5m2 won the auction for more than 156 million VND/m2, paid more than 9.7 billion VND. The plot of land marked LK2-8 in the Pharmacy area (scribed X7, Duong Noi ward) with an area of 66.8m2, winning the auction of more than 182 million VND/m2, has been paid by customers with more than 12.2 billion VND.
The remaining 22 plots of land were left with deposits and did not pay land use fees after the auction results were recognized. Thus, the total amount of money collected after Ha Dong district auctioned 27 plots of land in October 2024 was nearly 58 billion VND because only 5 customers paid the full land use fee after recognizing the auction results.
A representative of the Ha Dong District Construction Investment Project Management Board said that the remaining 22 plots of land will continue to be auctioned by the authorities in the coming time.
Previously, as Lao Dong reported, the auction of 27 plots of land in Ha Dong district on October 19, 2024 recorded the highest winning lot in Dong Danh - Dong Coc area (Phu Luong ward), the winning price was more than 262 million VND/m2 with an area of 57.5m2, a total of 15 billion VND, nearly 8.2 times higher than the starting price.
The lowest winning lot has a price of nearly 132.8 million VND/m2. Other land lots have winning prices ranging from 146.4 million VND to nearly 183 million VND/m2. This level is much higher than the land price level in inner-city districts of Hanoi such as Ba Dinh, Hai Ba Trung...
Dong Danh - Dong Coc area, although located next to a cemetery, still has quite a few vacant plots of land. Many plots of land have been built with high-rise buildings after previous auctions.
