The projects include Cua Hoat - Quan Thang Industrial Cluster (An Quang commune) with a scale of about 45 hectares. To date, the locality has approved compensation and support plans for 468/518 households with recovered agricultural land, equivalent to 30.68/40.4 hectares, reaching nearly 76% of the agricultural land area of the project. The total amount of compensation and support paid in 2 phases reached more than 100 billion VND, out of a total of more than 210 billion VND according to the plan.
Quang Phuc industrial cluster (Tien Minh commune) has an area of nearly 50 hectares with 297 households whose land is recovered, with a total compensation and support cost of more than 180 billion VND. Up to now, site clearance has basically been completed, only about 1.5 hectares related to 3 households have not received compensation and support money and the area of traffic, irrigation, and cemetery land is completing procedures for recovery.
At Van To Industrial Cluster (Chi Minh commune), the project has an area of more than 35 hectares. Currently, the locality has cleared more than 22 hectares of land, reaching about 63% of the project area. The total amount of compensation and support has been paid nearly 83 billion VND out of a total of 133.5 billion VND, reaching about 62% of the plan.
Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Hoang Minh Cuong requested localities to continue to focus and proactively accelerate the progress of site clearance, ensuring the progress of project implementation. At the same time, he requested relevant departments and branches to strengthen coordination with local authorities and investors to promptly remove difficulties and obstacles, and complete procedures according to regulations.
