The Compensation and Support Council for Site Clearance for the Project to invest in the construction of the road connecting National Highway 5 with National Highway 10, Phu Lien ward, continues to organize the payment of compensation and support costs for site clearance for 23 households with residential land within the land acquisition area for the project.
The total recovered area is 1,168.62 m2; the amount paid is more than 21,370,000,000 VND. The payment process is carried out publicly, transparently, and in accordance with the law.
To date, out of a total of 94 households with residential land that have approved plans, the Ward Compensation and Site Clearance Support Council has completed payments to 70 households.
The payment of compensation and support costs received the consensus of households, contributing to creating favorable conditions for people to soon stabilize their lives, and at the same time accelerating the progress of site clearance to serve project construction.
It is known that the project to invest in the construction of the road connecting National Highway 5 with National Highway 10 section passing through Kien An area (Kien An ward, Phu Lien and Kien Thuy commune) was started on May 14, 2026.
The total investment of the project is 5,273.435 billion VND from the city budget, implemented until 2029. After completion and commissioning, the project will create a new road connecting National Highway 10, National Highway 37 to the city center; reduce traffic volume on National Highway 10, and gradually complete the city's transport infrastructure infrastructure system.
Along with that, forming space, developing urban infrastructure framework, attracting domestic and foreign investment capital to invest in economic development in the area; creating a premise to promote socio-economic development of the city.
