On July 30, information from the Dien Bien Department of Construction said that future housing in the new urban residential area project north of Hoang Van Thai - Khe Chinh street is eligible for sale and lease-purchase.

According to the announcement, 38 future-formed commercial houses are eligible for sale or lease-purchase with a total construction area of 5,846 m2.
Dien Bien Department of Construction said that after reviewing the investor's application and comparing it with current legal regulations, especially Article 24 of the Law on Real Estate Business 2023, the number of houses formed in the future under the project has fully met the conditions for sale and lease-purchase.


The Department of Construction also requires investors to carry out investment in construction, business, and real estate project management according to the provisions of law.
In addition, be responsible for information about the project, investor, and future housing formations in the project in a complete, accurate, and honest manner. Ensure that future housing in the project meets the conditions for sale for lease according to regulations.
The project implementation period is expected from the second quarter of 2025 to the fourth quarter of 2025.

According to research, the new urban residential area project north of Hoang Van Thai - Khe Chin road has a land area of over 26,500 m2. Of which, the area of the adjacent residential area is over 18,000 m2, the villa area is over 7,000 m2, and the commercial service area is over 1,000 m2.
The construction density is 80% for townhouses, 60%-70% for villas and 70%-80% for commercial and service areas.

Recently, also at the new urban residential area project north of Hoang Van Thai - Khe Chin road, the People's Committee of Dien Bien province has just decided to approve and assign VCN Investment Joint Stock Company as the investor, directly implementing the social housing project.
This is the first social housing project implemented in Dien Bien province. The project has an area of nearly 6,500m2 on the land fund for social housing construction, belonging to the New Urban Residential Area project North of Hoang Van Thai - Khe Chinh road.
Social housing products will be individual houses with a maximum land area for housing construction of 70m2 and a maximum floor area for housing construction of 140m2/unit.

The total investment capital of the project is more than 69.58 billion VND. Of which, the investor's contributed capital is nearly 14 billion VND, and more than 55.6 billion VND will be mobilized from credit institutions.
The progress of implementing the main goals of the project will be completed in the period of 2025-2027. Accordingly, investment preparation procedures will be completed from the third quarter of 2025 to the fourth quarter of 2025. Construction will begin, complete and put into operation from the first quarter of 2026 to the first quarter of 2027. The project's operation period is 50 years.
