The implementation process is determined to ensure publicity, transparency, democracy and the right subjects.

Along with that, local authorities will strengthen dialogue and listen to people's opinions to promptly remove difficulties and obstacles arising, avoiding affecting project progress.

Thanh Tri commune also identified the site clearance for the Ring Road 3.5 project as an important task, requiring the synchronous involvement of the entire political system, especially the consensus and support of the people.

Mr. Vu Hoai Son - Vice Chairman of Thanh Tri Commune People's Committee - emphasized that propaganda and mobilization work needs to be widely deployed, ensuring that people understand the State's guidelines and policies as well as the rights and obligations related to land recovery.
