On May 15, Tu Liem Ward People's Committee said that the Land Recovery Coercion Board under the Ward People's Committee had organized a meeting to deploy the land recovery coercion work to serve the Phu Do regulating lake emergency construction investment project in the ward.
Based on Decision No. 879/QD-UBND dated May 7, 2026 of the Chairman of Tu Liem Ward People's Committee on establishing the Land Recovery Enforcement Board to implement the project, the meeting was organized to thoroughly grasp the contents related to the organization of land recovery enforcement according to the provisions of the 2024 Land Law;
At the same time, deploy tasks and assign responsibilities to members of the Enforcement Board in the process of performing site clearance tasks to serve the project.
Delegates were thoroughly informed of the legal bases, procedures, and plans for organizing the implementation of land recovery coercion; and at the same time exchanged and agreed on coordination plans between forces to ensure the implementation in accordance with regulations, strictly, safely and on schedule according to project requirements.
The opinions at the meeting focused on clarifying the responsibilities of each force in coordination, ensuring security and order, traffic safety, medical work, fire prevention and fighting, propaganda and mobilization work, and handling situations arising in the process of organizing and implementing land recovery coercion.
Representatives of relevant units also agreed on a plan to arrange forces, vehicles and necessary conditions to ensure that the deployment process takes place synchronously, effectively, and in accordance with the law.
Mr. Le Viet Bac Anh - Vice Chairman of the Ward People's Committee emphasized that the Phu Do regulating lake project is an urgent project, of great significance for drainage, environmental improvement and urban embellishment in the ward.
Mr. Le Viet Bac Anh requested members of the Enforcement Committee, functional forces and related units to continue to promote the spirit of responsibility, proactively coordinate closely, fully implement procedures and processes in accordance with the law; and at the same time strengthen propaganda and mobilization to ensure that the implementation of land recovery enforcement work takes place safely, in accordance with regulations and ensures project implementation progress.
