Tu Liem Ward People's Committee (Hanoi) has just issued Decisions No. 1118, 1119, 1120 and 1121/QD-UBND on coercive enforcement of the mandatory inventory decision to serve the Phu Do regulating lake emergency construction investment project.
According to the decisions, the Ward People's Committee applies coercive measures of mandatory inventory for cases including Mr. N.D. D, Ms. N.T. M. T, Ms. N.T. N and Mr. P.V. T.
The above cases have land recovery addresses at alley 227 K2 street, residential group 15 Cau Dien, Tu Liem ward. The expected land area to be recovered for each case is 100m2, belonging to land plot No. 1F14, map sheet No. 52.
The reason for coercion was determined to be that individuals did not coordinate in implementing Decision No. 887/QD-UBND dated May 8, 2026 of the Chairman of Tu Liem Ward People's Committee on compulsory inventory in investigation, survey, measurement, and inventory of the current status to serve land recovery for project implementation.
The mandatory inventory period is until the end of May 26, 2026.

According to the decision, Tu Liem Ward People's Committee is responsible for handing over the coercion decision to relevant individuals and publicly posting it at the headquarters of the Ward People's Committee and the Cultural House of residential group 15 Cau Dien.
The cost of coercion is fully prepared by the Ward Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board in coordination with relevant units according to regulations.
The Chief of Office of the People's Council and People's Committee of the ward, the Head of the Ward Police, specialized departments, project management boards and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing the above decisions.
The Phu Do regulating lake construction investment project (Tu Liem ward) is a key project, aimed at solving the flooding situation in the western area, which is under great urbanization pressure. The project has a total investment of more than 1,166 billion VND, is being accelerated, and is expected to complete the main items before June 30, 2026.
According to the design, the lake has a construction area of about 36.76ha, of which the water surface area is about 31.5ha; the surrounding embankment system is about 2,684m long, connected to the Nhue River and Dong Bong pumping station. To date, the area that can be constructed is about 35.28ha, equivalent to 96%.
