The project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 6, Ba La - Xuan Mai section passing through Phu Nghia commune has a length of about 7.8 km. The total area to be recovered for site clearance (GPMB) is 29.65 ha with 1,366 land plots.
According to Phu Nghia Commune People's Committee, in the last 2 days of the week (May 16, 17), in Phu Nghia commune, many households and individuals continued to dismantle works to hand over the site to the construction unit of the National Highway 6 expansion project, Ba La - Xuan Mai section.
In the area of villages: Doi 1, Doi 2, Doi 3 belonging to the old Dong Phuong Yen commune, there are a total of 314 households and individuals within the project site clearance area.
Recognizing the importance of the National Highway 6 expansion project for local development, nearly 200 households have agreed to hand over the site and so far nearly 60 households have dismantled the works and handed over the site.


According to Phu Nghia Commune People's Committee, to date, the government has handed over to the investor over 86% of the total land area recovered for project implementation.
Local Party committees and authorities are highly focused on accelerating the site clearance progress and determined to complete the site clearance work for this key project in the second quarter of 2026.
The project to expand National Highway 6, Ba La - Xuan Mai section through Chuong My ward, has a length of 3.658 km, with a total recovered area of about 21.1 ha/814 land plots.
Chuong My Ward People's Committee said that on May 17, the ward continued to organize a conference to mobilize, dialogue, and receive opinions from households and individuals subject to site clearance to implement the National Highway 6 expansion project, Ba La - Xuan Mai section for households in Cao Son and Son Dong residential groups.

The conference received 19 opinions from households, mainly focusing on proposing to review the origin of land, land compensation levels, resettlement support, resettlement arrangement conditions as well as the actual difficulties of households in the project implementation process...
Regarding the contents related to land prices, resettlement support and compensation plans, leaders of Chuong My ward said that the valuation, determination of land origin and development of compensation plans are carried out in accordance with State regulations, based on each location, current land use status and actual inventory results.
The resettlement land price is applied according to the land price list prescribed by the State for the locations of households eligible for resettlement by lottery.
Through the conference, many contents and recommendations of the people were answered, contributing to creating consensus in site clearance work, serving the implementation of the National Highway 6 expansion project, Ba La - Xuan Mai section in Chuong My ward.

In Xuan Mai commune, the National Highway 6 expansion project is identified as an important traffic project, of great significance to the socio-economic development of the locality.
The project passing through the commune has a length of 6.53 km, affecting about 1,376 households and individuals. The total land area to be recovered is up to 38.58 ha with 1,804 land plots.
The Party Committee, Xuan Mai Commune People's Committee, the Steering Committee for Compensation, Support and Site Clearance regularly direct and urge progress; and at the same time continuously organize dialogues, propaganda, and mobilization to help agencies, units, organizations and people understand the meaning of the project, agree to hand over the site early to the investor for construction.
The project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 6, Ba La - Xuan Mai section, has a total length of 21.7 km, passing through many communes and wards in Hanoi.
The project started construction at the end of 2022, with a total investment of more than 9,590 billion VND.
