Along with that, the social housing project at 39 Luong Khanh Thien (Ngo Quyen district) also opened for sale 171/216 apartments with a selling price of 19.314 million VND/m2, a rental price of 78,200 VND/m2/month. This project will be completed by the end of 2025.
4 projects will be completed in 2026, including social housing area at 384 Le Thanh Tong, social housing area at Lac Vien warehouse 3 (in Ngo Quyen district); social housing under the investment project to build a commercial urban area and a house for workers in Trang Due and the project to build apartments for low-income people in An Dong residential area (An Duong district).
Of which, the social housing area at 384 Le Thanh Tong has currently opened for sale 837/1294 units, selling price 18.857 million VND/m2, rental price 74,000 VND/m2/month.
The social housing area of Lac Vien warehouse 3 has opened for sale 1,506/4,448 apartments with a selling price of VND 17.229 million/m2, rental price of VND 59,000/m2/month.
Social housing under the investment project to build a commercial urban area and a workers' housing project in Trang Due has opened for sale 1,770/2,538 apartments with a selling price of VND 16.090 million/m2, rental price of VND 84,400/m2/month.
The project to build apartments for low-income people in An Dong residential area has currently opened for sale 636/775 apartments. The listed selling price is 18.830 million VND/m2, the rental price ranges from 80,000-105,000 VND/m2/month.
To ensure the development of healthy and sustainable social housing, avoid taking advantage of policies, people have access and buy at the right price of social housing, and do not have to pay any other costs, the Department of Construction requests the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board and the City Labor Federation to inform businesses and workers in industrial parks about information about social housing projects, legal regulations on subjects, conditions and procedures for buying, renting, and leasing social housing; guide businesses to confirm to workers when they have a need to buy social housing.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment directs district-level land registration offices to confirm to people when they need to buy social housing on time.
Departments, branches and sectors inform cadres, civil servants, public employees and employees about information about social housing projects, legal regulations on subjects, conditions and procedures for buying, renting, and leasing social housing; carry out confirmation to employees when they have a need to buy social housing.
Investors of social housing projects arrange permanent locations and departments to receive applications for registration to buy, rent, and lease-purchase social housing from people; publicize project information, floor plans for each floor, rental prices, selling prices, number of apartments sold, number of remaining apartments, list of buyers who have signed contracts at the office where the application is received, office, real estate trading floor (if any).
