The Hanoi People's Committee has just approved the 2025 land use plan of Thanh Oai district with a total of 89 projects, covering an area of 388.51 hectares. This plan aims to improve the quality of infrastructure, improve living space and meet the socio-economic development needs of the locality.
One of the highlights of the plan is the inter-commune road project from Binh Minh - Thanh Cao - Thanh Mai to Kim Bai town, with an area of 4.85 hectares, to strengthen connectivity between regions and facilitate economic development. The project to renovate and upgrade provincial road 429A from Vac intersection to Uncle Ho's memorial house with an area of 6 hectares is also expected to improve traffic in the area.
In the education sector, outstanding projects such as upgrading Nguyen Truc Secondary School in Kim Bai town (1.6 ha), building Cao Vien II Primary School (1.3 ha) and expanding My Hung Kindergarten (1.03 ha) will contribute to improving the quality of education and meeting the growing learning needs of the locality.
Thanh Oai district also focuses on improving living space with projects such as building the Thanh Oai district cultural center in Kim Bai town (0.89 ha) and renovating ponds in Dan Hoa commune. In addition, cultural works such as restoring and embellishing Noi Binh Da communal house relic, Binh Minh commune (17.8 ha) are also being implemented, contributing to preserving cultural and historical values.
Notably, the district also implemented the Ring Road 4 project in the Hanoi capital region, with an area of 84.64 hectares, connecting key economic zones and reducing traffic congestion in the area.
Thanh Oai District People's Committee is assigned to review and evaluate the feasibility of projects, while organizing information disclosure and closely monitoring the implementation process to ensure feasibility and highest efficiency. In case of new projects, the District People's Committee will promptly report to Hanoi People's Committee for additional approval, fully meeting development needs in 2025.
