The Hanoi People's Committee has just approved the 2025 land use plan of Bac Tu Liem district with a total of 92 projects, covering an area of 968.74 hectares. This plan focuses on the fields of transportation, urban areas, education, culture and improving technical infrastructure to meet the needs of local socio-economic development.
In the list, the project to build Tay Thang Long road from Pham Van Dong street to Van Tien Dung street, with an area of 19.2 hectares, stands out. This project not only improves traffic but also connects important areas in the district, contributing to creating momentum for economic development. The project to build Thuong Cat bridge and the road at both ends of the bridge with an area of 11 hectares is also a key project, enhancing regional connectivity and reducing traffic pressure.
Bac Tu Liem District focuses on developing new urban areas and social housing, typically the social housing project in Tay Tuu urban functional area (3.04ha) and the university urban area in Co Nhue, Xuan Dinh and Duc Thang wards (23.4ha). In the field of education, many notable projects include the construction of Xuan Dinh Kindergarten (0.32ha), Thuy Phuong Secondary School (1.43ha), and Minh Khai C Primary School (0.95ha).
