On May 15, The Grand Ho Tram (Xuyen Moc district, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province) held a groundbreaking ceremony for a new subdivision with a total investment of over 1 billion USD.

The new 35ha subdivision of The Grand Ho Tram includes a 5-star hotel system, resort villas, entertainment facilities, casino, international conference and exhibition center.... with more than 6,000 rooms, serving about 18,000 guests per day.
This is part of the overall project of 164 hectares, marking the next development step in the overall expansion strategy of The Grand Ho Tram; Contributing to raising the total investment capital of the project to more than 4 billion USD, the scale of 9,000 rooms, becoming the leading international resort in Southeast Asia. The event marks a strategic milestone in the journey to develop an international tourism complex in Vietnam.
Located 50 km from Long Thanh International Airport, and about 120 km from Ho Chi Minh City, with a prime location and outstanding development potential, Ho Tram is an attractive destination for domestic and foreign tourists. Along with the continuous investment and expansion of transport infrastructure such as Bien Hoa - Vung Tau, Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressways... helps shorten travel time, creating conditions to attract a large number of domestic and international visitors every year.
The project is expected to bring a breakthrough in the development of resort real estate industry in Vietnam; creating a dynamic appearance of the superior city of Ho Chi Minh City after merging in the east; contributing to raising the national tourism, promoting the tourism industry to become a key economy, expected to contribute 15-17% of GDP by 2030, making Vietnam a prominent destination in Asia and globally.
Mr. Nguyen Van Tho - Chairman of the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province - said that the government is committed to always accompanying, being ready to support, and remove any difficulties and obstacles if any, so that investors can implement the project. Trusting in the capacity of Warburg Pincus Group and Ho Tram Project Company Limited, the project will be completed and put into operation as soon as possible.
The provincial chairman also requested compliance with legal regulations on construction investment, ensuring labor safety, fire prevention and fighting, environment and aesthetics in the area.
