The project was put into operation and business from the fourth quarter of 2023 until the end of the project implementation period.
The total number of apartments in this project is 2,787 apartments, of which more than 2,500 apartments are for sale, 247 apartments are for rent. 2,403 apartments have been successfully sold, and the remaining 141 apartments are sold this phase.
The selling price of social housing apartments in CT1 sub-area is 13,400,000 VND/m2; social housing apartments in CT2 sub-area are 14,500,000 VND/m2 (The selling price includes VAT, excluding maintenance costs and excluding the selling price adjustment coefficient for the area according to the apartment location).
The time to start receiving registration applications is from April 18, 2026 to May 18, 2026.

In 2026, the province is assigned a target of 19,000 units, higher than Hanoi, but the province sets a target to continue to complete over 20,000 units.
Currently, the construction of social housing in Bac Ninh province continues to take place strongly and comprehensively across all subjects.
In particular, Bac Ninh province started construction of the first social housing building for the Police force and is expected to soon start the next project for the Army force.
