Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee has just approved the task of adjusting the detailed planning of the Western urban and service area of Cho town, sub-area A.
The area for detailed planning adjustment is located in the administrative boundaries of Van Mon and Yen Phong communes, Bac Ninh province. The area scale is about 251.67 ha.
Regarding the nature and function of the planning adjustment area, this is an area with inter-regional functions to create motivation for the development of large shopping centers associated with urban-level green parks to exploit the potential of National Highway 18 connecting Noi Bai Airport - Cai Lan Seaport and National Highway 3 Hanoi - Bac Ninh - Thai Nguyen corridor.
It is a modern urban development area, synchronous in infrastructure and social infrastructure, creating a unique attraction but still harmonious with the surrounding area.
Urban development area, services serving industrial zones and clusters in the area and neighboring urban areas. The population scale is forecast to be about 32,035 people.
The agency approving the task of adjusting the planning is the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province; the appraisal agency is the Department of Construction of Bac Ninh province. The planning organization is Hung Ngan Housing and Trading Investment Joint Stock Company.
According to the reporter's investigation, the investment project of the Western urban and service area of Cho town sub-area A in the area of 2 communes Yen Phong and Van Mon (Bac Ninh province) is invested by Hung Ngan Housing and Trading Investment Joint Stock Company.
This project also has the trade name Kim Do Policity with a total investment of 3,569 billion VND.
At the end of 2024, the Bac Ninh Provincial Inspectorate issued an inspection conclusion at the above project.
According to the inspection conclusion, the project is having some violations that need to be handled, such as many limitations in the work: planning; investment; land acquisition, preparation, approval and payment of compensation and support for site clearance; construction; fulfilling financial obligations regarding land, business conditions, business results, and real estate transfer.
