The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just issued a document on reviewing and reporting proposals for the investment project of the Urban and Service Area in the West of Cho Town, Sub-area A, Yen Phong District (commercial name Kim Do Policity - PV).
Accordingly, considering the proposal of the Department of Construction and the document of the Government Office on the proposal of Hung Ngan Housing and Trade Investment Joint Stock Company; Proposal for Hung Ngan Housing and Trade Investment Joint Stock Company;
To ensure a legal basis to completely resolve the existing problems and problems related to the above project, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province assigned the Department of Justice to preside over and coordinate with the Departments: Finance, Construction, Agriculture and Environment; Provincial Inspectorate; Yen Phong District People's Committee and relevant agencies to review the overall project implementation process and the actual contents related to the project.
At the same time, advise and draft documents for the Provincial People's Committee to report and propose to the Prime Minister on issues related to the BT Project Contract and Decision No. 302/QD-TTg dated March 8, 2017 in the direction of removing obstacles and difficulties in procedures and records, ensuring the legitimate rights of enterprises and state agencies; report to the Provincial People's Committee before March 30, 2025.
Assign the Departments and branches: Construction, Finance, Agriculture and Environment, Provincial Inspectorate; Yen Phong District People's Committee and Hung Ngan Housing and Trade Investment Joint Stock Company to proactively provide relevant documents and records; closely coordinate with the Department of Justice during the implementation process.
Previously, the Inspectorate of Bac Ninh province concluded the inspection of the Kim Do Policity project.
Accordingly, the Kim Do Policity project was approved by the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province to decide on investment policy with an area of 75 hectares, a total investment capital of more than 3,569 billion VND, construction progress until 2025, with Hung Ngan Housing and Trade Investment Joint Stock Company as the investor.
According to the inspection conclusion, there are some violations in the project that need to be handled, specifically, the project still has many limitations in the work of: planning; investment; land acquisition, establishment, approval and payment of compensation for site clearance support; construction; implementation of financial obligations on land, business conditions, business results, real estate transfer.
