Accordingly, implementing the direction of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee; the direction of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; Considering the proposal of the Department of Finance, Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee has the following opinions:
Agree to receive sponsorship as a product of the dossier adjusting Bac Ninh Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, vision to 2050 from the Institute of Agricultural Planning and Design - Ministry of Agriculture and Environment according to the proposal of the Department of Finance.
Request from the Institute of Agricultural Planning and Design - Ministry of Agriculture and Environment to commit to support with products, which is the Bac Ninh Provincial Planning Adjustment Dossier, to ensure compliance with the provisions of law on planning.
Assign the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with the Institute of Agricultural Planning and Design and relevant agencies and units to submit product dossiers for adjusting Bac Ninh Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, vision to 2050 to ensure progress, quality, and requirements for appraisal and consideration for approval according to current regulations.
Assign members of the Steering Committee to prepare adjustments to the Bac Ninh Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, vision to 2050; Bac Ninh General Urban Plan to 2050, vision to 2075 to proactively coordinate with the Institute of Agricultural Planning and Design under the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment to prepare adjustments to the Bac Ninh Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, vision to 2050 to ensure quality and progress according to requirements.
According to the reporter's investigation, previously, Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee also had a decision on the establishment of the Steering Committee for preparing and adjusting Bac Ninh Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, vision to 2050; Bac Ninh Urban General Plan to 2050, vision to 2075.
