Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision on the transfer, transfer, and conversion of the function of houses and land of some schools under the management of Nenh ward to agencies and units for management, exploitation, and use according to regulations. Transferring and converting the function of the house and land facility as a remote point of Hoang Ninh Primary School (Phuc Lam residential group school point); Nenh Kindergarten (Yen Ninh school point); Quang Chau Kindergarten (Tam Tang school point) to the Culture - Society Department of Nenh ward to arrange as a cultural house and community activity area.
Transferring assets that are surplus houses and land of Quang Chau Kindergarten (Nam Ngan school point), Quang Chau Elementary School (Nam Ngan school point) to the Viet Yen Land Fund Development Center Branch for management, exploitation, and handling according to regulations.
Hoang Ninh Elementary School, Nenh Kindergarten, Quang Chau Kindergarten, Quang Chau Elementary School coordinate with the Culture - Society Department of Nenh Ward, the Branch of the Viet Yen Land Fund Development Center and relevant agencies and units to complete dossiers and procedures for handing over and receiving assets; accounting; updating asset fluctuations into public asset management software.
After completing the handover and receipt of assets, the Culture - Society Department of Nenh Ward, Branch of the Viet Yen Land Fund Development Center shall coordinate with relevant agencies and units to complete land procedures, and determine the value of land use rights to be included in the asset value of the unit and manage and use assets according to current regulations.
The People's Committee of Nenh ward is responsible for coordinating with the Department of Construction and the Department of Agriculture and Environment to review, update, and adjust planning to suit the new use functions of assets.
