The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just sent an official dispatch to the Ministry of National Defense; the Ministry of Public Security on collecting opinions on the appraisal of the investment policy for the investment project to build Kinh Bac urban area, Bac Ninh province.
The document stated that the project is located in Kinh Bac ward, Bac Ninh province.
The scale of the project is about 33 hectares. The population is about 768 people. Estimated total investment capital: 1,293,413,353,000 (One thousand two hundred nine-three billion, four hundred thirty-three million, three hundred fifty-three thousand VND).
The project's operation period: 50 years (from the date the Investor is decided to allocate land or lease land by a competent state agency).
The project is expected to form a modern, civilized, ecological new urban area with harmonious landscape architecture synchronously connecting the technical infrastructure between the new urban areas and the existing residential areas, completing the construction of social infrastructure works to meet the actual development needs of the locality in the project area.
Project implementation progress: From July 2025 to December 31, 2032 (expected). The unit that proposed the investment project is An Binh Construction Company Limited.
In addition to the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Public Security and the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province have also issued documents requesting appraisal opinions from 7 other ministries including: Finance, Agriculture and Environment; Construction; Industry and Trade; Culture, Sports and Tourism; Health; Education and Training on the above project.
The Department of Finance of Bac Ninh province is assigned to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Military Command and the Provincial Police: Provide records and documents, work with the specialized agencies of the Ministries upon request.
