The lowest lot is priced at 79.3 million VND/m3. In particular, there are lots with prices exceeding 100 million VND/m2. Accordingly, lot LK06-08 with an area of 98.23m2 has a winning price of 103 million VND/m2, equivalent to more than 10.1 billion VND/lot. Lot LK06-09 with an area of 148m2 has a winning price of 109.3 million VND/m2, equivalent to more than 16.1 billion VND/lot.
Immediately after the auction ended, according to reporters, many land brokers quickly sold the plots of land for a difference of 300-500 million VND/plot.
A woman named Vuong (Hanoi) said that her group won the auction for 3 plots of land. Accordingly, plot LK06-16 had a winning price of 97.3 million VND/m2, an area of 97.5m2 equivalent to more than 9.48 billion VND/plot, which she sold for a difference of 500 million VND/plot, raising the value of the plot to nearly 10 billion VND/plot.
Another woman named Huong (Hanoi) said that she won the auction for two plots of land LK06-05 and LK06-06 with the winning price of 85.3 million VND/m2. Accordingly, plot LK06-05 with an area of 102.84m2 equivalent to more than 8.7 billion VND was sold by her for a difference of 300 million VND/plot, raising the value of the land to 9 billion VND/plot.
Lot LK06-06 has an area of 100.9m2 equivalent to 8.6 billion VND/lot, also sold at a difference of 300 million VND/lot, raising the value of the land to 8.9 billion VND/lot. Ms. Huong shared that this is the cheapest difference in the market.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Vuong (Hanoi) - a participant in the auction shared that the land price in today's auction was continuously pushed up, possibly because many people wanted to "create waves" for this auction to sell off their goods for the previous auction on November 4. Therefore, the current winning price is too high and "unreal" compared to the market price.
Earlier, speaking to reporters, a woman named Tam (Hanoi, the character has been renamed) said that her group had nearly 10 people participating in today's session. In addition, her group also divided into groups to attend the land auction in Ung Hoa district (Hanoi) also today.
Previously, on November 4, Hoai Duc district also organized an auction of 20 land lots in Tien Yen commune. The auction attracted about 140 participants, lasting more than 9 hours with 11 rounds. The highest price achieved was 103 million VND/m². The lowest price was also 85.3 million VND/m².
In particular, the auction of 19 land lots in Tien Yen commune held on August 19 caused a stir in public opinion when more than 500 people participated and more than 1,500 applications were registered. After nearly 20 hours of bidding, the highest winning bid was up to 133.3 million VND/m2, 18.2 times higher than the starting price. In this session, up to 11 land lots were traded at a price of over 100 million VND/m2.
